Shipping

How much will my order cost to send?

Shipping is free for all Australian orders over $99 and for all international orders over $199AUD

For orders under $99 we offer a flat rate of $10 for shipping of all online retail orders within Australia via Australia Post (with tracking).

For international orders under $199AUD we offer a flat rate of $30 for shipping of all online retail orders via Australia Post (no tracking).

How long will it take to despatch and deliver my order?

Your order will be despatched from a rural location in the Central Highlands of Victoria so delivery may take a little longer than from a city or major regional centre. We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours on business days (Mon-Fri), however it is generally much sooner. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of despatch. Public holidays and very busy periods may affect despatch and delivery times. Once your order has been despatched, you will receive email confirmation.

If there is any issue with fulfilling your order we will be sure to get in touch with you as soon as possible to let you know what we are doing to resolve the issue.

Does Wool days deliver to Post Office Boxes?

Yes.

Does Wool days deliver to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been despatched?

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been despatched however we can change your address before your order has been despatched.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Please contact megan@wooldays.com on the same day that you have placed your order and if your order has not already been packed then we may be able to add further items. It is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order after we have already packed/posted your order.

What if I require my order urgently?

Please make a note when you place your order and we will endeavour to priorities it. If you would like your order sent express post, please email us at megan@wooldays.com before you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Returns

Can I return a product?

We offer a full refund for products purchased at wooldays.com returned in new condition with original tags attached.

We guarantee the products you purchase from Wool days will be of high quality and will reach you in good condition. If any damaged or faulty goods are received please contact us at megan@wooldays.com, preferably with a photo of the product. Where the item is determined to be damaged or faulty, Wool days will cover the costs of return postage and replace with a like-for-like item, store credit or full refund. We will only accept returns that have been approved by us and have received a return code. Please do not send returns without an approved returns code.

Do I have to return my items in their original packaging?

Unless the packaging has been damaged, items should be returned in their original packaging to make sure they are protected in transit.

What method should I use for returns?

You can return your approved items via any secure methods, however the full return process will be explained to you when you receive your returns code. Please note that we may not accept liability for goods that are not returned via a secure method.

What happens if I return my item late?

Items should be returned within 21 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of Wool days.

How will I be refunded?

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card, or be returned to your paypal account. Once we have received your returned item, please allow 2-3 working days for us to process your return and up to 10 days for your card refund to appear in your account, due to the varying processing times of individual issuers.

How do you classify faulty goods?

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault becomes apparent within three months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Wool is a natural fibre and variations in colour, presence of organic matter, variations in yarn thickness etc are considered natural characteristics rather than faults.
